This innovative research has been formalised into an 8 step process called The Performance Measurement and Improvement System which encapsulates how the countries most successful companies measure their numbers and performance.
The first step is - Decide what you want to achieve i.e take your goals and plans and turn them into financial forecasts and budgets.
We would like to share the rest of this research with you, it is course entirely up to you how much input and support you want in implementing this 8 step process.
